Free roam camera#15

Add a viewpoint camera that can “fly” around the scene.

Not just a better freeroam camera, but a SEPARATE camera for such purposes. Have a “Scene Camera” and a “Work Camera” that can be swapped back and forth, and/or the ability to see both at once in a secondary window. This would allow easier view manipulation while maintaining the desired angle and positin of the final viewpoint. Can also allow free model manipulation while also allowing for instant views on how model changes have affected the desired viewpoint in real time.
